Experience: 6+ years

Job Description:

• Minimum 5 Years of proven work experience, preferably within oil and gas company and/or within a technology organization.
• Understanding of software development life cycles, includes experience supporting testing in Agile environments.
• Experience with Performance, Load, and Stress testing.
• Experience with Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), LoadRunner.
• Expertise in Functional Testing as a blackbox software tester.
• Good Knowledge in Automation Testing – designing automated test scripts and deploying these scripts using automation software tools.
• Development of test scripts for Load, Regression, and Smoke testing.
• Hands on experience with test scripting, XML, and SQL with good level in SQL/database.
• Strong analysis, problem solving skills, and creative in identifying issues or breakdowns in processes.
• Excellent listening skills, effective and efficient oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good work ethics, Team player, positive and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge in testing estimation techniques. Predict the amount of effort required for projects and tasks and develop plans and estimations based on these predictions.
